KPN Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of the leading Dutch telecommunications and IT service provider, KPN, today announced its strategic partnership with Amsterdam-based Wonderful, the enterprise AI OS, to further accelerate AI adoption in the Netherlands.
The fund has joined Wonderful’s $550 million Series C round, led by Insight Partners, alongside Salesforce Ventures, Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners. In addition, KPN and Wonderful are exploring a commercial partnership.
"We are excited to finally share our participation in the Series C round of Wonderful and to welcome an impressive Agentic AI transformation partner to our Ventures portfolio. It's great to back another fast-growing company headquartered in our home market, the Netherlands,” said Hans Söhngen, Managing Director of KPN Ventures. “Together with our colleagues at KPN, we have been impressed with their platform and their execution speed and quality. We are keen to build the partnership together.”
Founded in 2025 by Bar Winkler (CEO) and Roey Lalazar (CTO), Wonderful is an AI operating system (AI OS) that helps large enterprises become AI-native. The platform enables organizations to automate end-to-end workflows, build and deploy AI-native applications, and coordinate AI agents across different parts of the business. Designed as a shared operating layer, the Wonderful AI OS brings together agents, workflows, enterprise integrations and governance. This allows organizations to scale AI across their operations while working with their existing technology infrastructure.
Wonderful pairs its platform with forward-deployed engineers who work alongside customers to bring AI into production, then transfer the know-how so enterprises can build and run it themselves.
Wonderful is headquartered in Amsterdam and is already working with leading Dutch enterprises. The partnership with KPN Ventures deepens Wonderful’s ties in the Dutch market and accelerates the adoption of enterprise AI across the Netherlands.
“AI adoption across Dutch enterprises is accelerating, and the focus now is on implementing it reliably and at scale. We’re very pleased to join the KPN Ventures portfolio as that shift happens, and we look forward to deepening the partnership with KPN,” said Don van der Does, GM Netherlands at Wonderful.
